Una de las mejores cafeterías y lugares en San Cristóbal. • Espacio amigable, tranquilo y grande. • Platillos riquísimos y a muy buen precio. • Pet friendly, vale totalmente la pena llevar a tu cachorro. • Atención excelente, pregunten sobre el concepto y filosofía del lugar. Tienen huerto, alimentos agro ecológicos, conciencia ambiental y mucho más. Ofrecen un manual de ecotecnias y pueden platicarte sobre la sustentabilidad del proyecto. Volvería mil veces.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort, für den sich der Weg an den Rand der Stadt richtig lohnt! Das Konzept ist durch und durch nachhaltig, regional und sozial verträglich und das Essen und die Getränke entsprechend ausgewählt. Dabei ist alles köstlich, schmackhaft und vieles ganz besonders, z.B. das prähispanische Getränk "taxcalate" auf der Grundlage von Mais und mit regionalen Gewürzen, das auch heute noch genau so bei den umliegenden "pueblos indígenas originarios" zubereitet wird. Die Idee zu diesem unglaublich gelungenen Projekt "Espiral Biocafetería" sollte man unbedingt erfragen (kann man auch in der Speisekarte nachlesen), durch den Innenhof mit Garten, mit Obstbäumen, mit Teich, etc. schlendern. Uneingeschränkt empfohlen!

Un hermoso y agradable lugar, con un ambiente increíble. La atención es muy adecuada y amable. Excelente lugar para disfrutar de platillos exquisitos, recomiendo los chilaquiles, estaban crujientes y deliciosos.

Excelente opción en San Cristóbal, de entrada es una puerta pequeña y no parece ser tan grande como lo es. Tiene mesas interiores y exteriores. Los baños son lindos y limpios. La atención es buena. La comida rica.

Espiral Bio cafeteria is an amazing option that is out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is near the grocery store Chedraui and it is a quiet and humble space that offers a simple and creative mexican gourmet menu with many organic options and a vegetarian option as well. The owners are incredible and what they are building is really special and very refreshing to see in San Cristobal de las casas. They are super innovative following many permaculture and sustainability practices in their Gorgeous garden and even sourcing many of their ingredients from there. This is a rare gem not to be missed. Excellent spot for a chill work space, for meetings, or for a quiet day away from the town where you are bound to run into many people.

Un lugar agradable para desconectarte de la ciudad un rato a parte de ser una cafetería ecológica con un ambiente relajante y platillos muy ricos súper recomendable.
